⚙️ How to customize the accounts shown in Planning

In haddock HR, you can decide which accounts you want to see and how they are displayed. To configure it, follow these steps:


1️⃣ Open a plan


Open any plan from Planning.


2️⃣ View settings menu


In the top right corner, click the three-dots menu and select Configure views.



3️⃣ Custom views per user


  • Each user can have their own views.
  • You'll always have a default view, which you can edit.
  • You can also create a new view by clicking the blue button in the top right.



4️⃣ Create or edit a view


  • Give the view a name (example: Hours view).
  • Select the accounts you want to show (example: Worked hours and Balance).
  • Use the three-lines icon on the right of each account to change the order.
  • Define the scope of the accounts: whether they are calculated only for the open period (week, month, quarter...) or for the whole year.



5️⃣ Save changes


When you're done, click Save.


6️⃣ Use the view in planning


When you return to Planning, you'll see a dropdown in the top right to select the configured view and automatically show the chosen accounts.




👉 That way you can adapt the display of accounts in haddock HR to your team's needs or to each situation.
