π‘οΈ How to enable the right to disconnect on the employee profile
The right to disconnect is a right established in Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), which guarantees that workers can disconnect from professional communications outside working hours.
In haddock HR, you can enable this option so an employee does not receive notifications outside their workday.
π Steps to enable it
- Go to βEmployeesβ
In the left sidebar menu, click Employees.
- Find the employee
Use the search bar or browse the list to find the right person.
- Open their profile
Click the employee's name to open their profile.
- Enable the option
Inside the profile, find the checkbox βDo not receive notifications from haddock HRβ and check it.
- Save the changes
Make sure you save so the setting is applied.
β Result: From this moment on, that person will no longer receive haddock HR notifications outside working hours, in line with current legislation.
