🧾 How to export audited time entries to Excel in haddock HR
This article explains step by step how to get a detailed time entry report in Excel format, with audit information: who clocked in, whether it was modified, from which device, and when.
✅ Steps to export audited time entries
- Go to “Time entry review”
In the main menu it is below "Time entries". This is the view where you can review all time entries made by the team.
- Apply filters before exporting
Use the filters at the top to narrow the data to the time entries you want to audit (by user, date, group, etc.).
- Open the three-dot menu
In the top right corner of the screen, click the options menu (three vertical dots).

- Click “Export audited time entries to Excel”
This will download a file with all the visible records after applying the filters.
