🧾 How to export audited time entries to Excel in haddock HR

This article explains step by step how to get a detailed time entry report in Excel format, with audit information: who clocked in, whether it was modified, from which device, and when.



✅ Steps to export audited time entries


  1. Go to “Time entry review”

In the main menu it is below "Time entries". This is the view where you can review all time entries made by the team.

  1. Apply filters before exporting

Use the filters at the top to narrow the data to the time entries you want to audit (by user, date, group, etc.).

  1. Open the three-dot menu

In the top right corner of the screen, click the options menu (three vertical dots).



  1. Click “Export audited time entries to Excel”

This will download a file with all the visible records after applying the filters.



🧾 What columns does the Excel file include?


These are the columns in the audit file you will get:

Exact date and time of the audit event

change author

User who created or modified the time entry

employee code

Employee identifier in the system

card code

Code of the card associated with the time entry (if applicable)

email

Email address of the clocking employee

first name / last name

Employee first and last name

action

Type of action recorded (creation, modification, deletion, etc.)

time type change from / to

Time type before and after (for example, from "Work" to "Medical appointment")

clock-in change from / to

Previous and new clock-in time

clock-out change from / to

Previous and new clock-out time

clock-in / clock-out device

Which device the time entry or its modification was made from
