How to limit the visibility of shift wheels by group

When there are many shift wheels (planning patterns across different sites or teams), it can be confusing for all supervisors to see wheels they do not use.

To avoid that, you can limit their visibility by assigning them to specific groups.

What does this setting do?

It allows a shift wheel to be visible only to the supervisors who manage certain groups.

If a supervisor is not assigned any of those groups, the wheel will not appear in their list.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Shift Wheels.
  3. Edit the wheel you want to limit.
  4. Go to the Groups tab.
  5. Select the groups that will be allowed to use that wheel.
  6. Save the changes.

From that moment on, the wheel will only be visible to the supervisors who manage the selected groups.
