How to review the source and changes of a time entry

From Time entries > Time entry review, the supervisor can check whether a time entry has been modified, how it was recorded, and from which device it was made.

This screen shows different icons that provide key information:

• Yellow icon: indicates that the time entry has been modified.

By clicking on the record, you can view the full change history.

• Keyboard icon: the time entry was entered manually from the keyboard, not from the clock-in button.

• Mobile icon: the time entry was made from the mobile app.

• Computer icon: the time entry was made from a PC or Mac.

• Geolocation icon: the time entry includes location information.

This information allows the supervisor to validate the traceability and source of each record.
