How to set up time clock terminal credentials

If you want to use a time clock terminal without signing in with an employee's credentials, you can configure dedicated credentials for the terminal.

Steps to configure the terminal

1. Go to Settings from the main menu.
2. Open General settings.
3. At the top of the screen, find the Time clock terminal section.
4. Enter the terminal email address.
5. Enter the terminal password.
6. Click Save.

Once the settings are saved, the terminal can use these dedicated credentials instead of an employee's account.

Access the terminal

To access the time clock terminal, open the following address on the device you will use as the terminal:

https://app.plain.ninja/clockin

Then sign in with the terminal credentials you configured previously. The device will now be ready to record time entries independently.
