How to view holidays and absences grouped by team

If you need to analyze how holidays and absences are distributed within a group, for example to detect overlaps or periods with low coverage, you can do it from the Absences module.


1. Access the Absences module


In the main menu, go to Absences.


To view the information grouped by team, you need to have the administrator role or be a group supervisor.


2. Go to โ€œMy teamโ€™s absencesโ€


Inside the module, open the My teamโ€™s absences tab.


Here you can see all the absences of the people who belong to the groups you manage, in a combined view that lets you see:


  • Holiday overlaps between several people.
  • Days with a high concentration of absences.
  • Periods with a possible risk of low coverage.



3. Filter by group


By default, all the groups you manage are shown.


If you need to focus on a specific one, use the drop-down at the top to select only that team.


This makes it easier to carry out a detailed analysis of a specific area.


4. Move between months


You can move between months using the navigation arrows:


  • Left arrow: previous months.
  • Right arrow: next months.


This way you can review both already registered absences and future planning.
