I can't delete a shift wheel

If you cannot delete a shift wheel, it is usually because it is assigned to one or more employees. As long as that association exists, the system will not allow you to delete it.

How do you fix it?

1. Go to the employee profile

• Go to the employees menu.
• Open the profile of the employee associated with the shift wheel.

2. Remove the association with the wheel

• Inside the profile, look for the Shift Wheels section.
• Remove the shift wheel that is linked.

3. Check all employees

• It is important to check whether more than one employee has the same wheel assigned.
• Repeat the previous step until no employee has that wheel associated.

4. Delete the shift wheel

• Once it is no longer linked to any employee, you will be able to delete it without any problem.

✅ Tip: If you do not know which employees have the wheel assigned, edit the shift wheel and click the "View employees" tab.
