Import transactions from Excel

When you need, for example, to load unused vacation from the previous year for several employees into the system account "Vacation to enjoy", you can do it via Excel to avoid repetitive manual work.
Go to the transactions section
From the main menu, you'll find "Transactions" under the "Rules" menu option:

Import transactions from Excel
Once you're inside "Transactions", click the "Import transactions" button located in the top right corner of the screen:

Next, a wizard will appear from which you can download an Excel template to import the transactions:

The structure of the Excel file is as follows:

- Employee: employee code shown in their profile
- Account: account name, for example, "Vacation to enjoy"
- Date: transaction date in YYYY-MM-DD format
- Value: positive or negative transaction value
- Notes: optional field that lets you add context about the reason for the transaction
