Planning shifts across multiple days at once
Learn how to select multiple cells in the planner and apply a shift (either work or absence) in bulk. đī¸â¨
1) Select individual cells đąī¸
- Click each calendar cell to select it (đ˛ â âī¸).
- In the top bar you will see the counter of selected cells (đĸ).
- If you click a selected cell again, it will be deselected.

2) Select all the days in a column đ
- Click the day of the month (in the column header).
- All cells in that column will be selected for all employees (âŦī¸).

3) Select an entire employee row đ¤âĄī¸
- Click on the right side of the employee's name.
- All cells in that row for that employee will be selected (âŦ ī¸âĄī¸).

đ§Š Tip: You can combine the three selection methods to build exactly the set of cells you need.
4) Schedule one shift for the whole selection đ¯
- Find the shift you want to schedule (a work shift đŧ or an absence đ´).
- Drag the shift and drop it onto any of the selected cells (drag & drop đąī¸).
- The shift will be automatically scheduled in all selected cells â .

Notes âšī¸
- đ Make sure you have edit permission in the plan.
- â ī¸ If any cell does not support that shift type, haddock HR will let you know.
