What are Shift Rotas and what are they for?
Shift Rotas are the weekly patterns of work shifts (also called "schedules") for Employees.
For example, an Employee's Shift Rota for a Monday-to-Friday full-time schedule would be 5 workdays and 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday).
In haddock HR, Shift Rotas linked to Employees make it possible to automatically plan work shifts for the whole year.
This way, once you have assigned a Shift Rota to an Employee, you only need to open the planning view and click the "Plan Shift Rotas" button, and you will see the magic happen.
