What should you do if your account is locked after 10 failed attempts?

You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been locked due to too many failed attempts.
How do you unlock your account?
- Access the haddock HR website from your browser.
- Open the support chat from the app itself.
- Request the account unlock, indicating your name and the email you use to sign in.
The support team will validate the request and proceed with the unlock.
