Which roles can start a document signature with Signaturit

These steps are for haddock HR employee files. They are not the same as purchase invoices and delivery notes in the main haddock Documents module.

The action of starting or requesting the signature of a document is limited by user permissions.

Roles with permission

Only users with the Administrator role can:

• Start a signature request.
• Send documents for signature.

Roles without permission

The following roles cannot start signature processes:

• Supervisors
• Employees

These roles can view or sign documents when applicable, but they cannot start the process.
