Why can't I delete a shift and how do I deactivate it?
In some cases, when trying to delete a shift, the system does not allow it.
This happens because the shift is already scheduled or assigned in the calendar.
To protect the integrity of historical planning, shifts that have been used cannot be deleted.
How to stop a shift from appearing
If you no longer want to use a shift, you can deactivate it.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Shifts.
- Edit the corresponding shift.
- Turn off the Active option.
- Save the changes.

When you deactivate it:
- The shift will stop appearing in lists and new planning boards.
- It will remain in the history where it has already been used.
