Worked Hours and Target Hours Accounts

In haddock HR, there are two key accounts related to hours:

• Worked hours
• Target hours

The worked hours account shows the actual hours worked. It is the result of the clock-ins recorded in the system.

The target hours account shows the hours that were expected according to the contract. It is calculated from the contract settings and the working days.

Comparing both accounts makes it possible to see whether a person has worked more or less than expected.
