Q: Products without a reference price

The reference price of a product is generated by default by calculating the weighted average of the last 12 months. Delete documents in bulk

With a single click you can delete as many documents as you want. They will remain in the trash for 90 days before being permanently deleted.

Warning: Deleted documents will be moved to the "Eliminados" folder and you can recover them for 90 days. After that time, they will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to recover them.

Edit a single document

Go to Documents.
Open the document's three-dot menu.
Click Edit.
In the Supplier field, select the correct supplier.
Save the changes.

Select the documents you want to change.
Click Edit in the action bar.
Choose the supplier.
Save the changes.

Yes, haddock is designed so that the whole team can take part in improving business management. Invite the chef, waiter, manager… all the profiles that can help increase the restaurant's efficiency.

How does multi-role work? What can each role do?

There are 4 different roles:

Administrator: Management and executive roles.

Document control: Restaurant employees and office staff in junior roles. Designed and recommended for people who will upload documents.

Chef and kitchen: Designed and recommended for kitchen staff who create recipes for the menu, meal plans…

Accounting: Designed and recommended for the accounting firm.

The roles are customizable; you can give them access only to the modules you want them to see, but this will affect all users who have that role.

Can users be deleted or edited?

Yes, you can delete or edit a user's role from User Settings > My restaurants > [Your restaurant]. Once in the team section, select the member and click the 3 dots in the top right to see the edit or delete options.

How can I add a new user and customize the role?

How to assign a shift wheel to an employee

To assign a shift wheel to an employee, follow these steps:

Go to the Employees section Go to the Employees menu and select the employee you want to assign a shift wheel to.
Open the employee profile Inside the employee profile, click the Shift Wheel tab.
Add a new wheel Click the + button to assign a new wheel.
Select the shift wheel In the dropdown, choose the shift wheel you want to assign. Keep in mind that you must have created that wheel beforehand in order to select it.
Set the start date Select the date from which the wheel will start applying, for example, October 1.
Check the wheel days The system will show you the total number of days in the wheel.

If the wheel has 7 days, it will be shown as 1 of 7.
You must indicate which day matches the chosen date.
- For example: if October 1 is a Wednesday, you must select 3. If it were a Monday, you would mark day 1.

Save the assignment Once configured, save the changes. The shift wheel will be assigned to the employee.
