Export FAQ

How do I export a document?


Very easy! In Documents, select all the files you want to export, click Export (top right), and select the export option you prefer.


Where are all my exports saved?


They are automatically saved on your computer in the folder assigned for downloads!


What data can I export?


You can export the data from any document you have uploaded. When you go to export, you can choose from the following options:


  • Summary and totals: A summary with the totals of the documents (Excel or CSV).
  • Products: The breakdown by products or line items (Excel or CSV).
  • PDFs: The original documents (ZIP file).
  • Accounting: Accounting-specific formats, including export for Holded and Line-by-line VAT Summary (Excel or CSV).


In what formats can I export?


Depending on the option chosen, you can export in Excel, CSV, or ZIP format (for PDFs).


Can I export the dashboard?


Yes, in the dashboard module, in the top right corner, just click the Export button.


Can I export products?


Yes, you just need to select the products you want to export and click the option in the top right to export products. You can also filter these products with whichever criteria you want before exporting them.


How do I download haddock invoices?


You just need to click Restaurant name > Settings, scroll down to the Subscription section > Invoices.


From there you will have access to all the invoices we have issued to you.
