How do you review a rejected document?
If a document has been rejected for any reason, you can easily view it from the Documents menu.
- Go to the Documents menu from the side panel.
- At the top of the page, click the "Rejected" filter.
- You will see the full list of rejected documents. You can use the search bar to find a specific one (for example, by using the document number or supplier name).
To review a specific document:
- On the right side of the document you will see an alert icon indicating that it needs review. Click it to see more details about the reason for rejection.
- You can also click the three dots at the end of the row to perform other actions, such as download the original document or delete it.
How do you filter all unpaid digitized invoices from a supplier?
You can use the available filters to see only the invoices that have not yet been paid from a specific supplier.
- Go to the Documents menu.
- Click the Filters button.
- In the Supplier field, select the supplier you want to view.
- In the Payment field, select "Unpaid" (or "No pagado" if you use the English version).
- Click Apply filters to see the results.
π‘ Note: Filters are saved automatically. If you do not change them, they will still be applied the next time you access Documents.
How do you export all documents?
You can download all documents uploaded to the platform using the export function.
- Go to the Documents menu.
- Click the "Export" option at the top of the screen.
- Select the information you want to download (summary, PDFs, product breakdown, etc.) and the file format (Excel, CSV, ZIP).
- Confirm by clicking the "Export" button.
