How to place an order

The Ordering flow can change depending on the screen enabled for your restaurant. To avoid following steps that do not appear in your account, choose the guide that matches what you see when you open Ordering.

If you see Order, New order, or Lists

Use Create order from products.

This is the right guide if you see:

• The Order tab.
• The New order button.
• The Lists section.
• The Create order option.

If you see a supplier list directly

Use Create order by supplier.

This is the right guide if your first action in Ordering is searching for or selecting a supplier.

After creating an order

After creating and sharing the order, you can manage it from Order history.
