How to create the order 📝


🛒 Choose supplier and products


  1. Go to Orders.


  1. Search for the supplier and select it. Orders are available for raw materials, drinks, cleaning supplies and consumables suppliers.


  1. Search for the products and add the quantity you want to order.


  1. At the bottom you will see the estimated total for the order. This is an approximate calculation based on recent purchases and the supplier configuration. This amount is for reference only and does not appear in the PDF or when you share the order.


If no products appear when you open a supplier, you first need to upload documents from that supplier before you can start associating them with orders.



Edit the delivery date 📆


Click the ✏️ icon next to Delivery on to change the delivery date.



From there you can change:


  • Delivery date
  • Order cutoff time
  • Number of days until delivery
  • Days of the week when delivery takes place



If you change this data, the configuration will be saved for that supplier and reused in future orders.


The order history will be organized based on the delivery date.



Confirm and share the order 📨


  1. When the order is ready, click Continue.


  1. Confirm details will open. There you can review:


  • Your restaurant details: the name and address are required. The email is optional.
  • Your supplier details: the name is required. The email and contact person are optional.
  • Your order details: you can add comments for the supplier.


  1. In Complete order you can:


  • Download as PDF
  • Share
  • Send directly to the supplier, if that supplier has a purchasing contact with an email address configured


  1. After downloading it, sharing it or sending it by email, click Complete and mark as shared.


  1. When you mark it as Shared, the order can no longer be edited and will move to Order history.


From history you can share it again, download the PDF and, if you have editing permissions, change its status.
