Manage order history

Order history brings together the orders you have created in haddock. From there, you can search for orders, check their status, and take follow-up actions.

Search and filter orders

  1. Go to Ordering.
  2. Open Order history.
  3. Use the search bar to find an order by supplier or order number.
  4. Filter by supplier if you want to narrow the list.
  5. Use Clear filters to return to the full history.

Orders are organized using the delivery date.

Open an order

Click an order to open the side panel with its details.

From the panel, you can see:

  • Order number.
  • Supplier.
  • Delivery date.
  • Order status.
  • Products, quantities, formats, and estimated total.

Available actions

Depending on your permissions and the order status, the actions menu lets you:

  • Review received order when the goods arrive.
  • Duplicate an order to create a new one with the same products.
  • Share the order again.
  • Delete the order.

If you have editing permission, you can also change the status of an order that is no longer a draft.

Drafts

If an order is still a draft, haddock takes you to the edit screen so you can finish it before sharing it.

An order stops being a draft when you mark it as shared from the review step.

Review reception

When the goods arrive:

  1. Open the order from Order history.
  2. Select Review received order.
  3. Check quantities, prices, and incidents.
  4. Finish the review to create the digital delivery note, when applicable.
