Review and share orders

This guide is for orders created from Create order or from a List.

After you create the order, haddock opens Order review. From there, you can check what will be sent to each supplier before sharing it.

If you created the order directly from a supplier, follow Create order by supplier.

If you selected products from several suppliers, you will see a separate order for each supplier.

Review the orders

  1. Check the supplier for each order.
  2. Review the products, formats, quantities, and estimated total.
  3. If there are several orders, select only the ones you want to finish now.
  4. If you need to correct products or quantities, click Edit order or go back to Add products.

Orders you do not select will not be sent at that moment.

Change the delivery date

You can change the delivery date on each order before finishing it.

Use this when:

  • The supplier will deliver on a different day.
  • You want to split orders from the same purchase by date.
  • You need order history to be organized by the expected delivery date.

Ways to finish an order

When everything is ready, click Finish. For each selected order, choose one of these options:

  • WhatsApp: copy or open the message to send it by WhatsApp.
  • Email: send an email if the supplier has a purchasing contact with an email address.
  • Manage on my own: use this if you already sent or will manage the order outside haddock.

If you send by email, review the recipient and message content before confirming.

PDF download and device sharing are available from Order history after the order is finished.

Mark as shared

Mark the order as shared once you have sent it or chosen Manage on my own.

When you mark it as shared:

  • The order moves to Order history.
  • It is no longer treated as a draft.
  • You can download it or share it again from history.
  • You can review it when the goods arrive, if you have permission to review orders.

If you leave before sharing

If you leave the review before sharing an order, haddock may save the order as a draft. Go back to Ordering > Order history to continue or edit it.
